All returned merchandise must be in mint condition , in the original manufacturer's packing with all included items it originally shipped.

You DON'T need to call Customer Service for prior approval on returns when shipped back within 7 business days of receipt, or 14 days for exchanges (excluding shipping time). However please send email to support@KooBags.com to notify us that you would like to return your order. Please be sure to indicate the Order ID and the reason for return as well as whether you want a refund or a replacement.

How to return an item
1)Please package the item being returned with all included items it was originally shipped.

2) Package the item in a manner that it shouldn��t get damaged during shipping.
Include a copy of your original packing slip, and fill out the "Return Form" in print. The return form is included in the package.
Specify clearly in print the reason you are returning/exchanging the the item.
For your protection insure the package and ship regular shipping via a traceable method.

3) We appreciate if you can send an email to mailto:support@Koobags.com to notify us that you would like to send your order back to us for refund or exchange. Please address order ID number, reason for return and tracking number for being returned order in the email.

Late Returns

We can accept returnable merchandise for up to 7 business days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after the 7 business days return period cannot be accepted for a merchandise credit, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
